ODT Vehicle Maintenance Records and Management (VMR)

   VM Records is designed to provide basic vehicle cost information by recording the cost typically associated with operating a fleet.  These include repair cost, fuel cost and general maintenance cost.
 
You may record repair cost to any degree of detail you like.  It can be as simple as:
Remove and Replace Starter  - $285.00
 
Or complete detail including the individual parts and cost
            Remove and Replace Starter 
                        Labor  - $185.00
                        Parts    - $100.00
 
Additionally, you may track when PMs are due (oil changes etc.).  These can reflect both mileage and time i.e.  6,000 miles or 90 days which ever comes first.  The mileage is automatically brought over from DQ’s ODT or GPS Mapping software, or can be entered by a clerk when recording fuel intake.
 In addition to tracking the fuel and oil used, the system also allows you to track the fuel in your tanks if you maintain your own fuel stations.

• IBM compatible personal computer with a Pentium III or higher processor.
• Hard Disk with 100 megabytes of free space.
• Microsoft Mouse or other compatible pointing device.
• SVGA or compatible display. Random Access Memory (RAM) - 128 megabytes or more.
• Microsoft Windows® 98 or later.

 Minimum System Requirements:

• IBM compatible personal computer with a 486DX or higher processor.
• Hard Disk with 50 megabytes of free space.
• Microsoft Mouse or other compatible pointing device.
• SVGA or compatible display.
• Random Access Memory (RAM) - 64 megabytes or more.
• Microsoft Windows® 98 or later.

We offer training as a 1 day training course, either at our headquarters in Austin, Texas or at your location. A technical support number will be given at the end of the training for ANY questions you or your employees might have about the DQ VMRecords (this feature has a monthly service fee).
